We are looking for a "Department Assistant" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Electronics Components”.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in department assistance
  • Able to work cross functional
  • Experience in working in fast paced environments
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Has a sharp eye for details
  • Fluency in English

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Making travel arrangements for department employees and making flight and accommodation reservations
  • Managing the logistics of the sales team’s calendar
  • Managing the department manager's daily calendar, organizing meetings and arranging appointments when necessary.
  • Monitoring and keeping records of the department's expenses
  • Ensuring that invoices are paid and reporting expenses
  • Tracking Money Input and Expenditures
  • Recording income and expenses, updating financial records and reporting
  • Managing the team space
  • Managing office product orders
