Qualifications:

We are looking for an innovative, team spirited "Moulding Maintenance Engineer" to join our team at Ficosa Turkey/NOSAB which is the leading company in Automotive sector, with the following qualifications:

• Engineering background in related engineering fields,
• 2-3 years of technical experience in injection molding or mold maintenance is preferable,
• CAD/CAM Software knowledge (NX preferred) is a plus,
• ISO TS 16949, APQP/PPAP, ANPQP, FMEA, SPC,MSA,8D certifications are a plus,
• Knowledge over efficiency, productivity and lean production systems,
• Assertiveness and ability to negotiate & convince on management level,
• Structured, systematic way of working and good at collaboration,
• Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish and English,
• High analytical and organizational skills, willing to take initiative 

Job Description:

• Ensuring continuity and optimization of maintenance processes and procedures,
• Coordinating projects on the moulding maintenance area as safety, quality, productivity and cost improvement,
• Follow Corporate Standards coming from global technical directors, implementation of these standards into plant,
• Management of blue collar maintenance technicians , follow up their improvement and training progress,
• Continuously improve maintenance processes by implementing Lean initiatives,
• Participate in 6 sigma, projects across the plant,
• Maintaining lean manufacturing activities like “TPM, Kaizen, SMED, 5S”,
• Conducting problem solving activities,
• Following-up key process performance indicators and managing process performance such as MTTR, MTBF,
• Managing innovative projects for advanced maintenance technologies depending on latest technological developments,
• Maintain positive, team relationships with internal and external customers, as well as co-workers and union.
