As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "EHS Supervisor" with below requirements for our client.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. degree in Environmental Engineer
• Min. 5 years of experience,
• B / A Level HSE Certificate from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security,
• High computer skills (MS Office apps., etc.),
• Analytical and critical thinking, detail and result oriented,
• Self-motivated, positive and energetic,
• Team player and skilled at time management,
• Strong communication skills,
• Advanced proficiency in English

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the HSE activities at plant and implement global and local targets,
• Support managers and employees to ensure area of responsibility is compliant with HSE standards, regulations, and guidelines, prepare safety instructions, notices and assist with relevant training,
• Develops and proposes objectives and targets for the site(s) and then provides regular reporting to inform on the progress,
• Conducts HSE inspections, audits, and assessments for site installations, technical equipment, and HSE prevention measures,
• Tracks HSE incidents and provides recommendations,
• Promoting and actively engaging employees to build and maintain a culture of Work Safe,
• Ensuring and controlling the implementation of the Health and Safety Management System plans, procedures and instructions,
• Informing the employees about the health and safety measures that are created as a result of the Health and Safety risk assessment,
• Being responsible for the investigation of all accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries, and tracking implementation of preventive/corrective measures as required,
• Checking work permits, safety analyzes, locking - tagging, periodical maintenance and measurement works within the scope of Health and Safety Legislation in the workplace,
• Support the activities to update and maintain the ISO 45001 and 14001
• Follow up HSE KPI's of departments.
• Able to lead projects like energy saving , decarbonisation.
