Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data-driven initiatives.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams,
Good understanding of the Data Science model development lifecycle (Data understanding, Data cleaning, Feature engineering, Model training, Evaluation and Monitoring),
Understanding of working with large amounts of complex data and experience of working independently and to a high level of accuracy
Strong business acumen- comprehensive enough to develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy / modelling aligned with business objectives, transforming data into actionable business insights and to optimise our core data infrastructure.
Strong leadership- design models and take responsibility to shape company strategy across products, markets (new and existing), sales channels, customer experiences and marketing activity
Hands-on experience with machine learning models, statistical methods and optimization algorithms on real-life problems,
Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools, with a strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques,
In-depth knowledge of database technologies (e.g., relational databases, NoSQL databases) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark),
Experience on BigQuery,
Experience on NLP and LLM models is plus,
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically.
Strong understanding of business concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good team player, result oriented attitude and analytical mind.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Master's or Phd degree preferred.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS or Azure.
Certification in data management or data science (e.g., Certified Data Management Professional, AWS Certified Big Data - Specialty) is a plus.
A good command of written and spoken English.
