QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Yılmaden Holding, established in 2014, is the metals and mining division of Yıldırım Group of Companies, a fast-growing industrial conglomerate based in Istanbul, Turkey. At Yılmaden, we work together across all business units located in 7 different countries with one objective that is extracting the valuable minerals such as chromite from the ground and turn it into ferroalloys, chrome metals and chemicals.

For our growing organization, we are looking for an Office Coordinator to be based in Maslak Office.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Graduated from the related departments of universities

·       Have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role as an office coordinator

·       Excellent communication skills to support calendar schedules and other communications

·       Advanced level of English skills, both spoken and written

·       Must possess excellent administrative and interpersonal skills

·       Have active organization and time management skills

·       Successful in tracking and finalizing work

·       Proficiency at MS Office

·       Strong problem-solving skills

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·       Provide full administrative assistance, preparation of general correspondence, handling telephone calls, organizing appointments for executives

·       To assist executives daily in managing the calendar/meetings/agenda

·       Coordinate travel arrangements for leaders/directors and manage the bookings of flights/hotels as and when requested

·       Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners

·       Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

·       Managing the Agendas on a day-to-day basis

·       Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings

·       Responsible for helping the daily operations

·       Manage mostly business-related tasks and other organizational tasks

·       Maintain various records and documents
