• University degree of Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of prior leadership within a logistics operation 
• Ability to read and write in fluent English
• Able to understand detailed work instructions and work form procedures
• Results & customers services focused
• Team oriented and able to work within a team environment Also responsible for quality of team work
• Effective leadership and people management ability
• Able to understand data and manipulate data to create reports
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office especially excel and ERP systems. (preferably in SAP applications)
• Flexibility in working hours
• B-type driving license and no travel restriction
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Less than 35 years old

İŞ TANIMI

• Ability to solving problem,thinking analytically,planning and  having communicating skills
• Warehouse management and performance monitoring. Also In the warehouse, execution of unloading, loading and  load preparation
• Responsible for  acceptence of goods,orders and all shipping steps
• Follow the layout of warehouse products
• To monitor budget management, cost analysis and performance indicators
• Periodically preparing logistic reports requested by management
• Ensure that you are supporting the agreed services required to allow the business to deliver to the customers expectations
• Support and manage the operations warehouse team
• Review cost statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and/or program improvements.
• Provide management with updates on direction or changes within the business, as well as performance feedback
• Ensure any non conforming events are recorded and appropriate action is taken
• To monitor that all systems are maintained and operational at all times and take necessary remedy actions with related departments
• To support and liaise with other internal business units
• Monitor the confidentiality of customer and company details
• To ensure that Vaillant Group’s vision, values, policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to at all times
• Monitor and Support the management and of well being of staff and to have a safe, clean and tidy work environment
• Assist in implementation of new procedures, processes or new business if and when required
