JOB DESCRIPTION 

·        Platform owner & administrator of CRM, issues & CR management

·        Manage the process for creation, harmonization, implementation and maintenance of data management practices for global sales force automation systems

·        Develop and implement new / enhanced commercial business processes as needed to support data management within the CRM or related systems that align with the commercial operations objectives

·        To be the gatekeeper for all global deliverables participating and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in coordination with CEx acceptance of deliverables related to CRM system.

·        Preparation of load-files reflecting cycle-plans, org structure, territory alignments, digital promotional materials in CRM system aligned with digital GTM

·        Escalation on support for CRM, collaborating with the global service teams on any agreed commitments, SLA’s, and business continuity of platform.

·        Facilitate the data mapping, management, and governance processes with commercial operations colleagues, business leaders, and IT

·        Supporting the Sales and Marketing departments for the creation of CRM-related new stakeholders in the system.

·        Working with other system owners (Veeva Vault, HCP Consent DB, Marketo, RDM) to ensure the optimal flow of information and content between platforms.

·        Customer E-permission management; collecting, verification and validation integrated with global Identity Hub platform

·        Manage Sample upload and track utilization through the CRM system

·        Ensure sample controls and policies are implemented in the markets

·        Coordinate Sample reconciliation process across assigned geographies

·        Provide training for FF regarding CRM system utilization and answering their questions for technique and system related issues.

·        Continually seek opportunities to leverage technologies & solutions pertinent to the FF and available such as collaboration tools, automated reporting and new/enhanced CRM capability.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

•Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields from reputable universities.

•Minimum 5- 6 years of total similar position experience in multinational organizations.

•High level of technical knowledge.

•Strong experience in sales and marketing, and project management

•Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications.

•Excellent written and spoken English is a must. Additionally Arabic knowledge is an asset.

•Ability to multi-task.

•A problem solver with a very good analytical thinking skills to be able to deal with multiple projects.
