QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Demonstrated competence in Project, Customer and Account Management through education or experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills,
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks,
  • Effective planning and organizational skills with a result oriented approach,
  • Analytical thinking, critical reasoning ability,
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Validation and Quality are asset
  • Process and understanding of business needs and ability to switch them into actions to meet timelines.
  • Proven ability to work with different groups (both cross functional & cross organizational)
  • Fluent and advanced in English,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Define and execute strategies and plans for the Customers in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure achievement of agreed Customer KPIs
  • Implement, follow up and update Customer plans and requirements
  • Evaluate the products /technologies in order to define the capabilities and improvements
  • Develops project and improvement scopes and objectives, involves all relevant technical, analytical and procurement activities and ensures technical feasibility.
  • Preparing project timelines / develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of product lifecycle
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage the relationship with customer and all stakeholders
