• Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry,  Pharmacy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, 
• Demonstrated competence in Project Management through education or experience
• Experience in Manufacturing
• Process and understanding of business needs and ability to translate them into actions to meet timelines.
• Proven ability to work with different groups (both cross functional& cross organizational)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving,  negotiation, decision making and result oriented and follow-up skills are essential.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Good analytical thinking skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Evaluate the products /techonologies in order to define the capabilities 
• Develops project scopes and objectives, involves all relevant technical, analytical and procurement activities and ensures technical feasibility.
• Preparing project timelines / develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Work with  partners in order to achive all key project milestones
• Execute all the critical steps in order to complete the Transfer of Technology
• Reports on, assessing and analyzing project performance and taking appropriate actions to prevent overruns.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
