JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and schedule the facilitation of a minimum of two 25-hour training sessions per month
  • Manage online training platform Address Istanbul Academy
  • Continuously improve and provide solutions to increase the effectiveness of our training program
  • Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources
  • Create and prepare reports on training activities and results
  • Monitoring employee attendance and productivity levels to ensure they are meeting company standards
  • Training new employees on proper work procedures and safety measures
  • Providing guidance and support to subordinates to help them improve their performance
  • Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback about workplace culture and needs for future employee training
  • Establishing and enforcing workplace policies and procedures such as dress codes and timekeeping procedures
  • Conducting performance reviews with subordinates to review performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise all Address Istanbul learning & development initiatives
  • Conducting end-to-end training needs analysis in line with the training budget
  • Follow the market and innovations about training in lie with the company needs
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with functional managers
  • Development of talent management projects
  • Preparation of strategic training-development plans to increase guest satisfaction scores
  • Developing projects for the development of young talents
  • Developing and implementing training-development programs for manager development
  • Preparing position based "On The Job" training plans in all departments and activating the project


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role (preferably in Hospitality industry)  
  • Knowledge of various training methods and learning theories
  •  Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other systems that can contribute to training process
  • Proficiency in a relevant learning management system
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Certifications in training management are a plus
  • Self-motivated, reliable and well organized
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Comfortable and able to speak in front of groups of people
  • In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
  • To provide new hire and incumbent development through utilizing adult learning methodologies and practices, facilitation of lectures, webinars, hands-on and web-based training, through supervised on-the-job training
  • To follow up trends, methods and learning strategies  to incorporate into the business.
