Material Planning Engineer

We are looking for a "Material Planning Engineer" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Gebze Factory:

If you have;

• University degree in Engineering from reputable universities
• 2-3 years of experience in material planning, inventory management or a related position
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
• Results oriented communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems, Power BI knowledge is plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Living in or willing to relocate to Gebze, İstanbul Asian Side or İzmit

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined Diniz Adient as a “Material Planning Engineer”

JOB DESCRİPTİON

• Responsible for planning the flow of raw materials through an organization, from supplier to the company
• Ensure the company never runs out of necessary manufacturing materials by scheduling the supply of goods
• Generate purchase orders, coordinate with other departments, track production volume, and manage inventory issues
• Monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks, forecast potential problems and observe trends and customer requests to create and maintain inventory schedules
• Managing relations with suppliers
• Ensure the appropriate supply of cost-efficient and high-quality materials required to maintain steady production
• Coordinate domestic and international import routes and schedules, as well as monitor the performance and quality of the service
• Preparing cost estimates and performance report
