Production Engineer

We are looking for a "Production Engineer" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Gölcük Factory

If you,

• University degree in Mechanical/ Industrial  Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in production area, preferably in Automotive Industry. Experience in assembly and welding process a plus  
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and experience in blue collar management
• Good knowledge of MS office programs / PowerBI knowledge
• Preparing and analyzing process performance reports   
• Dynamic, team player, good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• No obstacles for international travelling
• Living in or willing to relocate to Gölcük, Willing to  live Kocaeli

• The duties you will be responsible for when you joined Diniz Adient as a "Production Engineer";
• To ensure that production meets customer schedules, while maintaining the highest quality standards and plant operating efficiency
• Follow-up production problems and Improve production stabilityin cooperation with related departments
• Lead production teams and follow up; performance, people development, trainings
• Applying and developing lean manufacturing methods
• Identify non-value added operations and drive cost reduction workshops
• Establish and maintain operation's KPIs
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed in the Plant
