Senior Product Engineer

We are looking for a "Senior Product Engineer" with the following qualifications to be assigned to our Gölcük Factory

If you have

• Degree in Plastics or Mechanical Engineering,
• Min 5 yrs experience in Automotive Plastic Parts Design. Automotive Seating experience preferred (valances, covers, handles etc),
• Advanced level of spoken and written in English,
• Plastics tool design and part feasibility knowledge (Draft angle, graining, Fit to Nominal processes) is a must,
• Ford WERS experience is a plus (Concern, Notice, Alert processes),
• Good communication and presentation skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

Also, have leadership and management skills,

Good time management, prone to teamwork, think analytically and have a people-oriented approach, you may be the Senior Product Engineer we are looking for!

The duties you will be responsible for when you joined Diniz Adient as a "Senior Product Engineer";

• Design plastic part 3D models and drawings (CATIA V5, R29) according customer specific requirements, Adient standards and design to cost requirements,
• Create complete seat 2D layout drawings and 3D kinematics studies,
• Automotive Seating JIT plant engineering resident function (Diniz Adient Gölcük),
• Ability to hold design reviews,
• Role of engineering first point of contact to customer (Otosan Gölcük and Sancaktepe),
• Technical interface towards the central engineering functions in Adient Germany and Slovakia and the local suppliers including specifications definition and adjustment,
• Responsible for the accomplishment and the realization of quality preventing procedures (e.g. D-FMEA),
• Responsible for the creation of technical specification documents for customers and suppliers,
• Prepare bill of material.
