To aid in the expansion of our offerings, we seek a skilled product manager to direct our multidisciplinary development projects.

Candidates must have experience leading cross-functional teams in the development of products that enhance the consumer experience and increase market share.

Objectives of this Position

• Drive the process of product and business planning across the company's cross-functional teams.
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and state regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain development cycles across multiple departments.
• Evaluate new product concepts and formulate market-entry strategies

Daily and Monthly Commitments

• Manage the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and requirements development.
• Translate product strategy into specific requirements for prototype development and final product design by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, use cases at a high level, technical requirements, revenue, and return on investment
• Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for marketing communications plans that are effective.
• To ensure the success of the entire organization, collaborate closely with the engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, quality assurance, and release of products, as well as the allocation of resources.
• Develop product positioning and messaging that distinguishes AERA's features across primary market segments.

Competencies and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in product design or engineering
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Proven experience overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle
• Extremely effective cross-functional team management
• Exceptional writing and editing skills as well as strong presentation and public speaking skills

Favorable Qualifications

• Master's degree in product design or engineering
• Previous HVAC equipment development experience
• Proven experience in a non-management capacity as a product developer
