What you will do:

•  Maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 Management Systems efficiently. Actively take part in ISO 27001 Information Management System maintenance activities and Business Continuity Management
• Plan, perform, and coordinate Quality, Environmental and other internal & external audits (including ISO 27001), assessments, report well-grounded audit findings and improvement areas explicitly and in detail, review and follow up corrective/preventive actions & non-conformities
• Manage process improvement activities in various areas (through 8D / corrective and preventive actions, audits, etc.) and prepare required documentation by using systematic tools such as FMEA, 6 sigma, SPC, Lean Statistical Tools
• Involve in Process improvement / development activities in the scope of Software Quality Management
• Involve in KPI Management activities, collaborate with teams on target setting, measuring and follow up of the actuals to ensure corporate sustainable quality
• Involve in Risk Management activities from the definition of the risk/opportunity to realization of planned activities, re-evaluation, and follow-up of actions
• Involve in Supplier Quality Management (SQM) related processes in execution such as qualification, development, quality performance management, systematic compliance evaluation, and when necessary, take an active role in the manufacturer annual audit process
• Collaboratively work with teams to create/review/develop/document and implement sustainable processes, policies, and procedures
• Involve in setting up and maintaining ESG programs such as environmental, labor practices & human rights, fair business practices, and sustainable procurement activities within the company and our manufacturing/supply chain partners

What you should ideally bring:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Industrial, Computer or Electronical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of Quality Management experiences
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, FMEA, 6 sigma, SPC, Lean Statistical Tools, Agile Software Development and similar system management concepts and methodologies
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Effective problem solving, root-cause analysis skills to lead and influence others to drive change (cross functionally and globally)
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to carry out technical/analytical assessment
• Excellent communication & report-writing skills
• Having internal auditor certifications is a plus
• ISO22300 and ISO25010 knowledge is a plus
• Able to travel domestic and abroad
