Supply Planning Specialist

This is a hands-on position responsible for developing and executing Demand Plan and Inventory Plans that will enable Sales Business Units to meet sales objectives. Proactively facilitating, re-engineering, best practices & consensus between functional experts (Import & Export, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and IT) is paramount to achieve these objectives.

What you will do:

• Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, and other cross functional teams to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts according to S&OP process
• Review and enter the sales order & purchase orders in the ERP systems and follow them weekly
• Take pro-active steps to drive inventory levels to specified KPIs by pushing out/pulling in shipments
• Contact ODMs and plan /organize dispatches as soon as possible to meet demand of sales team
• Confirmation with customers about on time delivery of the products
• Creating purchase orders for the other departments and investments, following up their approval, and share with the requestor
• Entering serial list into the related databases for the shipments
• Organizing samples deliveries and follow sample stocks, and update file for the PMs regularly
• Updating job related information in ERP systems regularly like po readiness date, delivery confirmed date, unit price, forecast status etc.
• Support on logistic loading documentation, daily operations, and reporting
  
  
  

What you should ideally bring:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 1 years of experience in supply chain operation
• Efficient reporting skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Effective communication skills and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, detail & result oriented with strong planning and organizational.
• Knowledge in MS Office Applications and Salesforce is a plus
