QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS 

•    Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering,
•    Preferably minimum 1 year experience of technical procurement (domestic and foreign) of materials, components and equipments in defense industry,
•    Experience in a “Material Management Tools” of a ERP system preferable,
•    Having a good command of Foreign Trade, Free Zone Regulations, Logistics, Customs, Shipping etc.
•    Quality oriented,
•    Knowledge about “ISO 9001:2015” and/or “AS 9100:2016 Rev.D” Quality Management Systems, (Having “Foundation & Internal Auditor” Training preferable)
•    Good command of English (spoken/written),
•    Good communication and negotiation skills,
•    Planning and coordination ability,
•    No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

•  Carrying out necessary researches in order to meet all kinds of material and service needs of the company in line with the purchase requests,
• Maintaining relations with existing domestic & foreign suppliers, and sourcing new suppliers,
•  Carrying out entire procurement process in coordination with production department by preparing relevant orders or contracts,
•  Performing an analysis of price-cost-saving,
•  Preparing procurement documents in accordance with the quality system.
