We are now looking for a Technical Engineer who has the following qualifications to work in our factory operating in Sakarya.

The ideal candidate should have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Metallurgy and Material Engineering departments of universities
• Preferably 0-3 years’ experience in technical support or R&D departments in chemistry area
• Good command of English
• Improved negotiation skills
• High persuasion ability
• Improved problem-solving ability
• Result-oriented
• Good command of MS Office programs
• Having driving license and active driver
• No obstacle to travel
• Resident or able to reside in Sakarya

This position will be carrying out…

• To provide customer loyalty by understanding expectations of the customer,
• Maintaining relationships technical departments of the customers,
• To perform necessary follow-up for customer satisfaction or adaptation of the new products developed, ensuring coordination with R&D department,
• Solving customer complaints in a prompt and practical way,
• To contribute product development studies by following all changes and developments in the customers and in global market,
• To support of sales in line with company targets and strategies,
• Receive orders regularly, timely and ensure to enter on Oracle.
