We are looking for a “Receptionist” for seasonal work in our Bodrum Loft holiday village.

Job Description:

• Welcoming the guests
• Entry and exit procedures are carried out in accordance with the procedures
• Meeting guest requests and needs during their stay
• Accurately tracking and recording phone calls, ensuring that messages are forwarded to guests or management
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Able to speak English fluently
• Preferably able to use Fidelio Suite 8
• Guest satisfaction oriented
• Respectful and tolerant towards colleagues
• High problem solving and persuasion skills
• Good diction, giving importance to appearance
• Able to work in shifts
