QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Russian talker - Foreign Trade Assistant to be assigned in the Import/Export Department.

Min. Qualifications are needed as below:

- Native language must be Russian

- Advanced level of English (Spelling and speaking skills are asked together.)

- MS Office (word and excel) knowledge - advanced level

- Knowledge of foreign trade payment terms, customs clearance, logistics. Willing to learn new information on subjects for which they do not have sufficient knowledge

- Residence permit in Türkiye

- Service route (Istanbul Yolu Metro Station, Sincan, Eryaman, Etimesgut)

Position Responsibilities:

- Assisting in Import/Export processes for Russian talking countries (Preparation of documents, answering e-mails, logistics and customs clearance processes)

- Checking foreign trade company documents in English/Russian

- Managing social media shares, website updates

- Advertising and research to increase sales

- Creation or editing of some management-related documents

Service Route: Istanbul Yolu Metro Station, Sincan, Eryaman, Etimesgut

Working hours: Weekdays: 08:00 - 17:30
