- Native in Turkish and fluent in English

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Taking full responsibility for recruitment cycle from search strategy setting to completion of the recruitment projects of Alışan Logistics’s Central Departments
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process; this includes developing job descriptions, candidate specifications, preparing job advertisements carrer portals and intranet, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing, selecting candidates and offer management
- Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
- Following the trends and insights to implement a comprehensive talent mapping strategy,
- Acting as Social Media & Glassdoor Ambassador representing Alışan Group by bringing creative ideas and implementing locally
- Taking part in HR projects as a project leader or project member whenever it is necessary
- Creating strong partnership with digital employer branding platforms, universities, engaging presentations and case studies, and contributing to the online & offline career fairs to further boost the attraction to Henkel
- Analyzing global and local recruitment trends, deriving future recruitment needs and applying appropriate actions
- Guiding hiring managers on sector developments, trends, and talent movements within the market, supporting them to identify ideal candidate
- Supporting Alışan diversity initiatives and objectives by attracting talent by using various recruitment channels including LinkedIn and other digital career portals
- Delivery of the talent agenda through proactive and reacting sourcing strategies to strengthen our succession and talent pools,
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans and selection strategies
- Design, track and report key “recruitment and talent aquisition” metrics to measure and predict activity and effectiveness.
