Aras Kargo has played a pioneering role in Turkey's courier express parcel (CEP) industry.  Aras Kargo, serves 12 million individuals, institutions and organizations every month with 14 Regional Directorates, 28 Hubs, apx 1000 Branch Offices, a 5000 more than vehicle fleet and apx 16 thousand employees.

We are looking for an " Senior Auditor " who will work in our Internal Audit group of headquarters and be responsible for internal audit processes, projects, reports and improvements of all Aras Kargo departments/locations.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering departments),
• 4+ years of experience in audit processes (preferably experience in independent audit companies, especially Big 4)
• Preferably professional certification (CIA, CISA, CFE etc.) or the desire and determination to pursue such
• Process and detail orientation with strong written/verbal communication skills to communicate with stakeholders
• Conflict resolution skills and ability to obtain buy-in and consensus
• Capable of collecting, analyzing, combining and presenting data/observations and providing solutions for problems
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office,
• Advanced verbal and written English skills
• Ability and availability to travel for hub/branch audits when necessary

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise and consultancy in periodical and ad-hoc internal audit processes/projects, investigations of all Aras Kargo locations, departments, employees
• Perform a variety of basic risk-based internal audits, determine efficiencies or deficiencies of internal systems, and identify and recommend opportunities for improvements
• Gather information and provide support to management in evaluating complex interdependencies and their associated risks to the organization
• Design control trials for emerging risks, develop audit work programs
• Follow up and record audit results, reports and action plans
• Support and raise awareness of management and employees on corporate risks and audit items
