The “Partner Management Specialist”, reporting to the Channel Operations Manager of our Operation Group, will be responsible for ensuring successful strategy and implementation for our key account customers to provide innovative and efficient best in class communication, services and processes.

Key Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, etc.)

·      4+ years of experience in logistics, partnership management, supply chain                           departments or processes

·      Experience and knowledge in marketing, sales, and customer services

·      Strong reporting (MS Excel, SQL), negotiation and communication skills

·      Analytical skills to solve problems, effective decision making and project                             management skills

·      Advanced verbal and written English skills

Main Responsibilities:

·      Collaborating on the development and delivery of key projects, programs, metrics,             reports, analysis, and dashboards to drive key business decisions to improve                       business results, customer satisfaction and operational excellence

·      Identifying development areas and improve processes for key account customers

·      Partnering with teams to identify and drive process improvements that improve                 service, iterate technology and enhance performance and growth of related                         processes
