What awaits you in this role?  We are looking for a passionate Technician. •Diagnosing and repairing (troubleshooting) the failures of home appliances which are under his responsibility either in customer house or in workshop.•To be skillful in persuasion and conflict management during dialogs with the customers.
  How we describe the perfect match?
  • To graduate from the relevant departments of Vocational and Technical High Schools. (All departments in the field of electrical-electronic technologies, installation and energy systems department, refrigeration and air conditioning systems department, etc.)
  • Having worked as a service technician is preferred,
  • Being able to speak fluent German. (It should be able to communicate smoothly in any dialogue that can be entered into with the customer.)
  • Analytical and problem solving oriented,
  • Understanding the current needs of the market and customers,
  • Compatible with teamwork.
