Project Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

As an international consulting and engineering firm, we are seeking a Project Manager for our Istanbul Office or project sites in Türkiye to strengthen our Project Management Team.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Electrical/Structural Engineering from reputable universities,

·        7-10 years of job experience preferably at a project management/consulting company, ideally in property, science, industry, and data centre projects,

·        MSc in Project or Construction Management or a professional PM accreditation such as PRINCE2 / PRINCE2 Agile / PMP is a must,

·        Strong communication skills with the ability to accommodate different points of view of various stakeholders, across technical and business teams, to find common solutions and achieve business outcomes and benefits,

·        Strong team working skills with ability to build trusted relationships with people and groups with diverse backgrounds, and to influence at all levels,

·        Good skills in problem, issue, risk and change management,

·        Proven ability to assess risk, resolve problems, negotiate and influence,

·        Adept with project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera),       

·        Strong planning and organization skills,

·        No travel restrictions (national & international),

·        Have a driver’s license,

·        For male candidates, military service must be completed.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior leaders and senior project managers to assist and coordinate the project management activities including the design management, program management, project planning, procurement, contract strategy, cost and value management, tender preparation and budgeting.
