As a valuable part of the Global HR Team, you will: 


  • As a valuable part of the Global HR Team, you will: 
  • Responsible for designing & developing HR processes and projects such as performance management, talent management, organizational design & workforce planning, employer branding & engagement, Digital Transformation Processes
  • Following up globally career and performance management systems execution
  • Prepare and update organization charts and organizational development procedures
  • Preparing annual training program and planning and organizing training activities 
  • Designing and creating training and development sources (classroom training, webinar, on-the-job training, digital training, etc.)
  • Actively explore new ideas for related training topics and supports the development of the programs where needed
  • Execute yearly Integrated Talent Management Cycle in accordance with group strategies
  • Align and cooperate with corporate communications teams for internal and external communication strategy and studies
  • Take an active role in developing competency assessment strategies and improving the individual development planning process
 
 We want you to join us if you: 


  • Have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Science or related disciplines
  • Have 5 years experience in HR, especially 3 years in the field of Organizational Development, Training, Performance Management or Talent Management
  • Have good knowledge of MS Office, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Modules
  • Are fluent in English (both written & verbal)
  • Are a good team player with strong communication skills
  • Are good at problem-solving and project management
  • Are able to learn and adapt quickly with a high level of energy
  • Are able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadline
  • Have cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Have a willingness to transform, change and look for better solutions
  • Takes full responsibility for creating workforce demand to filling it with talent
  • Partner with our off-shore Global Recruitment team to ensure a seamless end-to-end process, and apply a continuous improvement mindset
  • Takes full responsibility of end-to-end recruitment process for blue and white colour employee
