Customs Operation Executive

We are looking for a “Customs Operation Executive”for our Supply Chain Organization. The candidate will be reporting to Foreign Trade Manager and ideally is/has;


• Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
• Minimum 5 years of experience at Import & Export Customs Operations and Supervisory/Management experience,
• Good knowledge of customs legislation, customs brokerage license will be an asset,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent command of MS-Office tools,


Job Description:

• Manage Customs Department all daily activities and lead audit processes in accordance with related guidelines, regulation and company policy in all areas of the business unit,
• Develop, implement, maintain procedures and seek continuous improvements for the department,
• Provide guidance on Customs laws and regulations to internal, external steakholders,
• Ensure accurate and timely service, including financial controls to avoid penalties,
• Management of Customs Services and team’s performance using key performance indicators,

  Take active part in the development of the customs operations IT landscape,
• Maintain visibility and control of operating and work flow systems for proper use, workload management, process flow and timely activities,
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of the department and work to improve through training and guidance,
• Work closely with Supply Chain team and peer-managers to seek mutual benefiting process improvements to drive productivity and implement best practices.
