We are looking "Strategic Planning Specialist" for our company which has located at Tuzla.

• Undergraduate degree in Statistics, Business Administration or Engineering
• Preferably master’ s degree in Business Administration
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Quick focused learner with high analytic skills
• Capable of constructing easily understandable and well-formatted presentations based on extensive, reliable data
• Experienced in at least one of these core business areas Planning/Investment/Finance/Strategy
• Highly-efficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Driver’s license with no restraint on travel

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Take active role in the strategic development of & planning for Assan Alüminyum She/he will be part of the team that is responsible for enumerating and evaluating strategic options for the company
• Take active role in help ensure alignment of the OKRs and company strategic objectives
• Take active role in support the other team members in constructing and monitoring the project timeline and budget for approved projects
• Take active role in prepare high-level periodic corporate presentations
• Contribute in the preparation process of strategic plan, budget, and rolling forecast scenarios
• Take part in the process of determining the corporate scorecard
• Compare and interpret monthly shipments within budget
• Follow up with import and export data of target markets, especially Turkey, Europe and USA
• Prepare regional market reports by following up with aluminum industry/regional economic trends
• Prepare sales analyses on customer, product, and country basis for strategic planning needs
• Conduct new market research, collect import, export, and consumption data of countries, apart from where the company sells effectively
• Communicate with national and international associations and organizations, to evaluate incoming data in order to report and share with relevant parties
• Follow and analyze metal prices for strategic planning needs
• Support Product Management, Sustainability, and Corporate Communications within the company
