QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

  • Establish methodologies and principles in close collaboration with PMO (Project Management Office).
  • Responsible for Process Development and Project Management in the area of Software/Business Solutions.
  • Process consulting and solution design, prioritization of business demands and user stories according to business needs and business cases.
  • Work within the business (cross functional and cross regions) to define, document and gain final approval for the Business Requirements.
  • Work with the Business Process Owner to enhance the Business Processes to meet the Business Requirements.
  • Perform process analysis, improvement and reengineering.
  • Analyzing and improving the current business cases and IT solutions in Software/Business Solutions.
  • Cooperating with the technical departments and coordinating external service partners.
  • Partner closely with IT for solution design, development and implementation of new functionality and system capabilities.
  • Ensuring the operating business and the support structures.
  • Coordinating training concepts and executing trainings.
  • Responsible for the change management and the user communication in the area of Software/Business Supporting Solutions.


 Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • A minimum of 8 years work and past process development and project management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and international environments.
  • Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to both think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Very good team player as well as individual contributor who supports and provides feedback to employees when required.
  • Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
  • Strong process re-engineering skills and strong project management experience with attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of IT processes and tools and capable of following policies and procedures of the company.
  • Proven analytical and technical skills and thorough understanding of ERP solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge in Project Management Knowledge areas as defined by PMI.
  • Agile Project Management Knowledge (SCRUM, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, SAFe)
  • Workflow and Flowchart knowledge.
  • Software Process Analysis and Testing Methodologies knowledge.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge.
  • Fluent verbal and written language skills in English.
