Title                : Order to Cash Specialist – End to End

Location         : Ataşehir

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent in English & Turkish
• Min. 2 years of professional experience in related fields such as Supply Chain
• Experience in SAP.
• Strong interpersonal/organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to work in a team.

Job Description:

• Coordinates the End-to-End process. (From demand planning and sales order creation to final delivery.)
• Order Entry / Transitions through Vendor-managed inventory (VMI).
• Daily monitoring of Inventory level of the customers.
• Material management of consumer bulk. (Buffer/safety stock)
• Following up the incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinates the Order to Cash processes such as order entry to invoice creation, for both switch and local Customers.
• Proactive order monitoring and keeping customers updated with regular information pertaining to orders and shipments.
• Order monitoring, allocation, bottleneck management.
• Master data maintenance in all relevant SCM areas, including such pricing, APO, MM, etc.
• Coordinate / monitor the local stocks of consumer bulk from the port / terminal or tank farm of the Logistics Service Provider (LSP) and final delivery address of the customers.
• Apply Switch business model with BASF Polyurethane Gmbh and local customers.
• Control and verification of invoices and customs documents of the customers.
• Coordinates disposition processes of PM Turkey.
• Perform buffer/safety stocks /inventory for home appliance customers with the coordination with the customer.
