We are looking for an “Assistant Guest Experience Manager” who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic.

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position at a luxury hotel
• Fluency in English and Turkish is required (additional languages are preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or in a related major.
Core Work Activities:
• Serves as a leader in displaying outstanding hospitality skills
• Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Provides immediate assistance to guests as requested
• Responds to and handles all guest feedbacks and other guest satisfaction related issues.
• Records / follows up guest issues in the guest response tracking system.
• Ensures guest experience employees are well-trained to support successfully daily operations.
• Ensures property policies are administered consistently,
• Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any issues that may arise through the general operation of the property.
• Able to work in flexible hours.
