We are looking for an “Finance Manager” who is dynamic, pro-active and enthusiastic.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality Management

·         Four years Finance Manager Experience in Hospitality Accounting operations, a portion of which must be in the luxury sector

·         Experience in Luxury Resort preferred

·         Ability to generate all financial reports, including profit & loss statement, income statement, etc.

·         Advanced proficiency in Excel

·         Prioritization skills necessary to meet deadlines

·         Strong presentation skills

·         Effective management, leadership, organizational and communicationsskills

·         Strategic thinker with the ability to formulate effective goals, objectives and priorities with a long term perspective

·         Financial and operational analytical skills (operational analysis)

·         Knowledge of departmental and hotel operations

·         Ability to exercise judgment in evaluating situations and in making sound decisions

·         Ability to analyze and interpret financial data

·         Leadership and organizational skills (team orientation, flexible, adaptable)

·         Ability to analyze large volume of complex financial information from many sources and create reports, forecasts projections
