• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Sound knowledge in SCCM usage and support,
• Strong knowledge in PC/Laptop andEnd-User ApplicationSupport (minimum 3 years of experience),
• Experience and willing for VIP (C-level executive) Support,
• Ability to Maintain Confidentiality,
• Highly motivated and team oriented,
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Communicating local L2/L3 teams and globalsupport team for solution of complex problems,
• Installation, configuration, maintenance of End User Workstations (PC/Laptop with W10),
• Installation, configuration, maintenance of Mobile Devices (Ipad, Iphone).
• Managing Mobile Devices with MDM Application as L1 stage,
• Installation, configuration, maintenance for Internal and external End-User Applications,
• Managing Hardware Inventory,
• Preparing documentation/guidance aboutEnd-User Support Knowledge,
• Collaborating on prior infrastructure projects,
• Compatible with the Hybrid working model that includes Office and Home work
