Application and Calibration Engineer

Job Description

• Powertrain Calibration and Application services for worldwide customers.
• Technical contact person for customer teams and worldwide Bosch teams
• Analysis and troubleshooting for powertrain controls SW and calibration
• Programming (fine tuning) of calibration automation softwares
• Evaluation, presentation and reporting of powertrain & vehicle test results.
• Validate calibration to meet customer expectations and legal requirements

Qualifications

• BS/MS or equivalent engineering degree in mechatronics, controls, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, or related technical field is preferred.
• 2 or more years of experience with ICE and/or electrified powertrain technologies (experience can include co-op, internship, professional experience, or experience with Formula SAE, Formula Hybrid, SolarCar, FutureCar, EcoCAR or other vehicle)
• Solid know-how of Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) components & operation
• Knowledge on Powertrain control and calibration
• Experience with Automotive SW Tools such as Etas Inca, Vector CAN tools etc
• Familiar with data processing methods and concepts
• Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
• Independent and flexible working style
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Driving License, ability and willingness to travel
• Fluency in English (German is an asset)
• Residing in İstanbul
