QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Brand Management and Marketing Communications:
- Assure corporate identity & consistency across all organizational units in Bosch Türkiye providing supervision on the appropriate use of the corporate identity, ensuring local implementation of Corporate Design and MarCom related rules and tools.
- Responsible for signage & displays at Bosch locations in Türkiye in cooperation with local FCMs.
- Monitor the corporate brand reputation and coordinate reputation-enhancing measures across the organization incl. coordinating localization of global communication campaigns and developing local initiatives.
- Responsible for checking local sponsoring initiatives from regional organization (RO) and business divisions (GBs) according to the central directive and local regulations.
- Manage the relations with creative agency by defining rules and tools to track agency performance and evaluate internal customer satisfaction.
Digital Communications:
- Manage corporate information and maintain the country specific corporate website and microsites in terms of content, technical infrastructure, and creative work.
- Develop a social media concept for the country, create and/or maintain Bosch Group’s presence on relevant social media platforms.
- Orchestrate social media activities across all corporate units and business divisions by moderating the corporate social media accounts, developing campaigns and managing influencer marketing activities.
- Drive CEO communication on LinkedIn.
- Analyze digital performance with the use of web tracking, social analytics and SEO.
- Monitor social media especially in crisis mode and participate in crisis communication activities in terms of digital communications.
- Manage the relations with digital agency by defining rules and tools to track agency performance and evaluate internal customer satisfaction.
- Ensure data security & privacy (GDPR and KVKK) adherence on online media.
Corporate Responsibility:
- Build country specific Corporate Responsibility (CR) concept together with the management in line with company’s global CR strategy and priorities.
- Support and communicate local CR projects that would create added value for the company reputation.
- Prepare local CR report and provide content for global Sustainability Report and link to global online presence through local website.
- Supervise and support charitable activities, donations, voluntary associate activities and define local rules of donations in line with the central guideline, tax & compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Master's and/or Bachelor's degree in the fields of Communications, Advertising and Public Relations or relevant social sciences from reputable universities.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience at corporations and/or 3rd party agencies.
- Proven working history and records in website, social media management, content creation, event management.
- Ability to perform in multinational, complex matrix organization and hybrid working environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop solid relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Result and solution-oriented personality with outstanding process and project management skills.
- Curious and self-learner with the ability to transform learnings into creative ideas.
- Native in Turkish and fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Good command of MS Office programs.
- Have no restriction to travel or no military service obligation for male candidates.
