Job Description

• Create something new: Provide designated technical support to customers as outlined by the statement of work and industry best practices.
• Structured evaluation: Provide configuration review, troubleshooting and improved standard methodologies to our customers.
• Think holistically: Leading support cases, making sure to record, track, and resolve each issue efficiently and proactively
• Experience cooperation: You work closely together with Bosch Central Business Units and other Internal & external stakeholders.
• Networked communication: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strength with establishing relationships

Qualifications

• Engineering background preferably in Electrical, Mechatronics and Computer Engineering
• More than 4-6 years of technical experience
• Experience in rolling out / implementing manufacturing automation solutions
• Experience in implementing / rollout of PLC & MES based solutions
• Experience in installing and configuring software packages and handling customer queries / complaints, troubleshooting automation system
• Some prior experience in trouble shooting networking / networked IT equipment
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Preferable with some prior experience in handling L1-L2 and L3 support
• Preferable with some programming experience
• Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
• Being able to manage complexity
