Job Description

• Design and development of new packaging concepts in accordance with new products
• Continuously improving and optimizing the packaging material designs
• Passionate about the customer satisfaction
• Optimizing the loops of returnable packaging materials, by taking into consideration of transportation conditions, location of suppliers / customers / other Bosch plants / hubs and economic life
• Ensuring the allocation of optimum resources including the area of storage and stock level at warehouses
• Initial procurement of packaging materials based on customer SOP
• Leading planning and development processes using Bosch Production System fundamentals.
• Dedicated to reshape packacing world
• No travel districtions

Qualifications

• Preferably 2 years of experience in packaging development or design processes
• University degree in Engineering, preferably in material&metallurgy area
• Very good command of Turkish and English
• Very good level of CAD, Solid Works or Catia 3D drawing programs
• Customer oriented thinking and good communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking skills and sense of cost/benefit
• Eager to learn, initiative taker
