Your contribution to something big:
- Manages execution of branding strategy across all direct user touchpoints
- Implement a holistic user journey in the country towards users and retail partners based on global Marketing strategy and Marketing concepts.
- Responsible with coordination of agencies.
- Close collaboration with stakeholders such as sales, distributors and marketing team.
- Delivers excellence in execution and optimization of user marketing KPIs in the country.
- Reports and tracks the successful implementation and execution of the marketing concepts in the owned channels according to REACT framework
- Ensures holistic implementation of Marketing Concept (Project Management / Launch management) in countries across the entire user journey
- Manage specifically the touchpoints Social Media, Ratings & Reviews, Website, eMail/SMS, ASA and online and offline POS, B2B portal for and with retail partners.
- Deliver marketing packages and train sales and external retail partners on introduction of new marketing concepts as well as new marketing tools (e.g. digital delivery formats)
- Develop retail partner specific marketing implementation plans (based on global strategy) in close collaboration with sales
- Project management, budget management and coordination with local sales, regional touchpoint owners, PAs and key stakeholders
- Responsible for proofreading and local adaptation in country of various documents
- Both Arabic and English languages are must.

- High expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and purchase decision of professional users
- High sales affinity and good understanding of the B2B retailer landscape
- Understanding of the digital landscape in relation to the target group
- Operational experience in marketing
- Right communication skills to make topic understood in the broader context of communication/ User journey management
- Analytic and negotiation skills
- English and Arabic (fluent in spoken and written), Turkish preferable
