QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities

/Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

/Planning and operating of vendor payments, researching and resolve payment and invoice discrepancies & reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies

/Communicate with vendors regarding invoice inquiries & issues and Resolve queries from cross functional departments

/Preparation of diverse reports and participation and supporting to internal or cross functional projects

/Performing month-end/year-end financial closings activities for AP and other ad-hoc activities of AP

Your Profile

/ University degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or related departments are plus.

/ Good command in written and spoken English

/ Strong MS Office skills, SAP and S4 knowledge is a plus

/ Strong ability of analytical thinking, teamwork, negotiation and handling multiple tasks skills
