QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Your Responsibilities

/ HUB management, (HUB is production material exportation flow from TR suppliers to the receiver BSH factories in EU.) Main contact as ensuring good communication & coordination btw. the material supplier, BSH Warehouse, service providers and customers

/ Operation cost and budget management. Finding cost saving opportunities in best cost & maximum service of level and preparing its contract (SLA)

/ Supervising the HUB operations professional and blue collar team in terms of operational excellence and upgrading the systems in order to optimize the cost and service level

/ Process improvement & business for both HUB Department and General Department that is CBL (Digitalization projects creation for process optimization to obtain lean business flow)

/ Developing and implementing E2E process in order to serve best operational, information and financial flows of material suppliers in CKY to receiving BSH Plants all over the world

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics related fields

/ At least 3 years of experience in shipment management and Logistics, SAP knowledge, foreign trade, legal customs regularities and export operations,

/ Fluent English is must

/ Good communication, coordination and planning skills

/ Strong analysing, problem solving skills as well as high digitalization approach, open to developing robotic process implementations and focused on Customer centricity
