Your Responsibilities

/ Working in pre- production department at bottleneck process of factory, ensure production process quality and reliability with end to end process

/ Taking actively role in daily leadership routine, e.g. daily gemba

meetings, project implementation phases, factory KPIs

/ Managing skills for white / blue collar team and different stakeholders with strong collaboration in daily routine

/ Direction and leading for problem solving and continuous improvement activities within production system tools, e.g. kaizen, 5S, 8D, 6 Sigma and other problem solving methods

/ Using and develop  i4.0 solutions, sustainability, HSE and lean production solutions within area of responsibility

Your Profile

/ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering

(Technical University Graduated Optional)

/ Minimum 8 Years Experiences at Pre-Production or Relevant Production Areas (Experience / knowledge in white goods industry preferable)

/ Experiences about metal tool forming and manufacturing methods with presses

/ Fluent English required, German knowledge is an asset

/ Familiarity with MS Office, Autocad, Solidworks, Technical Drawings, Power BI, Tableau
