Your Responsibilities

Your Profile

/ Master student, able to work a minimum of 4 days per week

/ A good level of MS Office Applications with excellent presentation skills

/ Fluent level of English is a must, knowledge of another language is an asset (Russian preferred)

/ Analytical and flexible minded, creative, detail-oriented, good team player, self-organized, willing to take responsibility in mission-critical tasks, commercial mindset and strong communication skills to interact both with internal and external stakeholders

/ Willingness to work in a fast-paced challenging business environment and a strong desire for a career in the Sales field (experience in Sales or Business-oriented Internship is an asset)

 Your Responsibilities

/ Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly critical reports and sharing them with the relevant parties

/ Creating all sales contracts & documents and following up with internal and external stakeholders

/ Generating and responding to sales-related requests and data from other departments in coordination with the sales team and support sales team in preparing order lists, stock situation and supply outlook in terms of project sales

 / Taking actions, providing data and using the digital tools to develop retail excellence in relevant markets

/ Communicating with customers to collect necessary data to improve sales performance of distributors and tracking sales, payments and limits of customers regularly
