• Have a minimum of 2 years experience within front office department at a luxury hotel environment.
• Fluent in English language
• Experienced in Elektra Web
• Excellent grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene
• Flexibility and adaptability in demanding conditions
• Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays
• Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
