Qualifications;

• University degree in related departments,
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in retail is a plus 
• Has good communication and interpersonal skills,
• Advanced level of English,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications.

Job Description;

• Conducting candidate research, interview and evaluation processes
• Updating job descriptions, posting job announcements
• Carrying out reference check processes and proposal phase
• Following up agreement processes, preparing the contract and following up all the necessary employment documents
• Carrying out data entries to the SAP system for employee recruitment and termination
• Ensuring that the information related to the employee such as total reward, benefits, position and the store they work in are updated in the system
• Following all developments related to the SAP system and taking part in issues such as translation, training in necessary cases
• Tracking the problems encountered in the SAP system and supporting the relevant departments
