• Bachelor’s Degree prefearably Business Administration, Economy,Civil, Mechanical,Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Analytical thinking, result oriented and good communication skills are required
• No restrictions for travelling domestic&abroad
• Active driver
• No military obligation for male candidate
• Residing / able to reside in KOCAELİ

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify the customers’ needs, develops and implements strategic sales plans focused on growing sales targets and KPIs
• Monitoring and reporting sales budget, KPI’s
• Creating new business opportunities throughoutforeign market
• Managing current customer network
• Maintaining the CRM system on customer records and developments
• Field and customer visits on regular basis to assigned territory and countries
• Developing standardization, price analysis, product, technical benchmarks and carrying out competitive analyzes
• Analyze costumers and market needs, collaborating with R&D center of company
• Collaborating with the other functions such as Marketing / Planning / Finance / Logistic to achieve sales plan
