Job Description

• Understanding and Gathering requirements from business partners and translate those into technical and functional designs. Being a bridge between business side and developers in IT department using business analysis methodologies.
• Create and managing project documentation business requirements and functional design documents. Prepare of Mockups write analysis and test case documents.
• Writing clear user stories and Acceptance Criterias and Determining and driving the MVP.
• Participating in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality, tracking and fully documenting changes for functional and business specifications.
• Create and manage product backlog items, prioritize them with the customer and team in line with product strategy and goals. Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear
• Identifying all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective.
• Building strong partnerships with business stakeholders (ex. Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Customer Support, and Legal), external partners and development teams.
• Run workshops and work closely with the clients to gather requirements and to define, document, and present the solutions back to them.
• Make benchmark analysis for the product.
• Managing software development from beginning to end using Agile methods, usually with several clients at a time

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, process management and project management
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Proficient in MS Office programs
• Experienced in SAP, Web Based and Mobile Technologies
• Knowledge of lean working principles and productivity/process improvement is a plus
• Ability to carry out multiple projects with dynamic and changing conditions
