Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy, or Industrial Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in an international industrial environment preferably with an audit background,
• Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO,
• Good knowledge of cost accounting,
• Good knowledge of General Accounting,
• Good knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel),
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, (German is an asset)
• Analytical thinking ability with strong planning and organizational skills,

Job Description

• Preparation of the monthly variance analysis and bridge analysis between plan, forecast, and actual results,
• Preparation of the Business Plan, Budget and Forecast data, KPI’s and monitoring of the relevant processes for current & potential projects,
• Coordination of audit/review process with external auditors,
• Supporting the development of controlling and reporting systems,
• Controlling both statutory and IFRS journal entries,
• Determining and analyzing of key financial indicators such as EBITDA, Operating Cash Flows etc.,
• Monthly analysis of financial results,
• Responsible for preparation of the monthly variance analysis and bridge between plan, forecast, and actual results.
