Job Identification 

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to be a part of our Sales team located in Konya, Türkiye.

What We Expect

• To visit specified customers in his / her region / channel regularly, to develop sales and execution and to check customer engagement based on before and after sales services

• To provide all the necessary sales, execution and customer management actions to realize business targets to all customers by managing distributors and distributor sales developers

• To develop strong and sustainable customer relationships

• To realise monthly volume & revenue targets

• To follow up and direct the team for increasing the penetration of CCI products

• To enhance the quality of execution by increasing RED and SOVI scores

• To identify the execution opportunities and convince the customers to implement them

• Effectively cooler management (placement, efficiency and verification scores)

• To make the training and development plans (Onboarding, OJT and other training programs) and performance evaluations of his/her team

• To develop and increase sales of current distributors in specified region to achieve company targets

• To coordinate and audit the team and distributor's compliance to CCI standards with SSS & ASM 

• To support distributors and the team to develop the competencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluent in Turkish and English is must (both speaking & writing)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience at FMCG sector especially in Sales department

• No travel restriction

• Driver’s license (Class B)

• Willing to locate in Konya
