General Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, especially industrial engineering,
• +2 years experience in Cargo Transportation and Distribution, Foreign Trade, Logistics, 3PL Logistics and retail operations +2 years,
• Working in coordinatin with Cargo / courier Companies, Allocation, E-Commerce and regional sales departments,
• Very good verbal and written skills in English 
• Excellent command of MS Office programs, especially Excel,
• Having good planning, prioritizing and organizing skills,
• Having effective communication skills, flexible and compliant,
• Establish a connection between cause & effect relation,
• Having developed problem-solving skills, detail oriented
• Having great analytical thinking and negotiation skills,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

• Follow up daily shipments of national distibution and e-commerce by using the systems of cargo companies
• To monitor the compliance of delivery times of the warehouse-store, store-store, warehouse-end customer on a daily basis,
• To communicate periodically with the stores and arrange dispatch request,
• To create compensation invoice in case of incomplete-damaged delivery
• Checking current updates of contracts of all cargo companies and archive them.
• Checking and archiving the weekly invoices coming from the cargo companies on the basis of desi-price-package and prepare the return invoices if needed
•  Controlling monthly performance reports of Cargo companies
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports.
