As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you are part of the HR team, the heart of our business. Within the role you get the chance to be an ambassador for Conectys and see Conectys grow. Within your role, you will:

• End to end recruitment for niche, senior & upper management roles
• Maintaining the company data bases updated, according with procedures,
• Adapting current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed such as preparing role play scenarios,
• Recommending, reviewing, and selecting new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting,
• Conducting market capability, role mapping and Comp&Ben analyses for various roles on a quarterly basis,
• Preparing HR reports related to recruitment process,
• Following latest recruiting trends and best practices,

What will make you successful for the role:

• A C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Min. 3 years of end to end recruitment experience, global exposure is nice to have;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools;
• Good communication skills;
